Honestly I'm nothing special, but I do love food, and that's a sign of the best kind of person. A second-generation Italian, I of course love carbs, and just as a standard, run-of-the-mill human being, I love butter and salt. I have a nasty sweet tooth which results in more baking than cooking*, but I love both. What I love even more, though, is to eat. If you're also a fan of carbs, fats, and sugars, and you've been known to do dessert first, you'll fit right in. Join me on my adventures in the kitchen!
